Warm rooms beside the main conference
Sancho parties are hosted side events for sponsors and brands at major industry gatherings. We plan and run them so you can welcome clients and prospects without an in-house events team, and stay in the room yourself.

Side events at major conferences
Client hospitality for sponsors and brands who need a warm room beside the main show, without hiring an events team.
14 to 80 guests
Large enough to matter, small enough that people actually talk. Dinners, rooftops, and private rooms that feel hosted, not crowded.
You stay in the room
We plan the evening, brief your vendors, and run production on the night so you can welcome your people, not manage the door.
What working together looks like
You need the room to do more than look good. We start with a consultation, build a clear plan with you, then run the night so you can stay with your guests.
- 01
Consultation
Who you are hosting, when, and whether a Sancho party is the right format. We will tell you straight if it is not.
- 02
Plan the evening
Guest mix, run-of-show, and vendor briefs on one timeline: arrival, seating, tone, and a close that lands.
- 03
Run the event
Light facilitation and production on the night. You welcome your people; we handle the schedule and the surprises.
Before you book
Straight answers to the questions that usually come up on a first call.
Is this forced networking or icebreaker games?
No. Guests hate that as much as you do. We design how the room flows: seating, pacing, host moments, so conversation happens without anyone feeling put on the spot.
What does this cost?
It depends on guest count, city, and how much of the plan and night you want us to own. The consultation is the right place to talk scope and budget honestly, before anyone over-commits.
Is it too late if our event is only a few weeks away?
Absolutely not. We are excellent at last minute. Tight timelines are normal for us. Book a consultation with your dates and guest list and we will show you how we would pull it together from here.
What if a Sancho party is not the right fit?
We will tell you. You might need a different format, a lighter touch, or more time to plan. The consultation is there to save you money and embarrassment, not to sell you the wrong thing.
